Hi, I am Sandro! I create tools, systems and experiences that help people reconnect — with themselves, one another, and the beauty of life itself.
Most of us live in our heads, disconnected from our bodies, each other and Nature. I've spent 30+ years finding my way back.
Committed to practicing martial arts, music, Vipassana meditation, Radical Honesty, somatic work, plant medicine. My findings: Body is key. Touch is key. Movement is key.
Over the past decade, I've built KLARHEIT (130K+ users) to help people move from idea to felt experience, from separation to connection.
I take the deep and make it tangible.

Why I do it
Most of us are living in our heads and screens, missing the deeper connection to ourselves, others, and Nature. This disconnection is the root of most suffering.

I follow my inner guidance and go deep to explore, research, and develop. Usually I come back with something beautiful & useful.
